Hi! I'm Natalia Samman. Some call me the Phoenix that rose up out of burnout's ashes (PS. You're going to call yourself that too, soon enough!) I'm also a therapist, business owner (2x), and a mom of not one, but TWO toddlers!
After a spectacular dumpster fire of a burn-out episode in my twenties, I began researching- ok, obsessing about burn out. I wanted to know why typical "self-care" strategies hadn't been enough to maintain my sanity.
I found that we need to use therapeutic tools like those used to treat trauma and anxiety, change behavior, and change mood, and apply them to the toxic levels of stress that come with high-stress jobs. I started applying these tools to my patients and my employees, and the results were pretty incredible: more productive, more creative, and more fulfilled at work AND at home.
And now, here I am! I've created a burn out coaching program that offers a whole lot of science-backed strategies for working more effectively with less stress (things you can actually apply for real changes in your daily life), powerful exercises to target the psychological causes of burnout to get to the root of the problem (yup, we're going to go deep), and everything in between!
