  • Strategies and Scripts for Conflict Resolution, boundary setting, and difficult conversations.

  • Proven mental & physical exercises to reduce stress responses, improve concentration, and eliminate anxiety

FAQ:

What if I’m too busy for burnout coaching? What’s the time commitment?

You will need one hour weekly for your coaching session. The intersession exercises may take from 0-30 minutes a day. Being busy AF is actually a perfect time to complete your coaching because of the focus on workload reduction and self-care planning. However, during a “lull” in your work schedule may be better. if you are unable to squeeze in an hour a week, plus 0-30 minutes a day.

What if I’m experiencing clinical symptoms, like intense depression, anxiety, panic attacks, or thoughts of suicide/homicide?

Burnout coaching may be a supplement to therapy but is NOT a replacement for psychotherapy from a licensed professional. Your initial screening will help determine if burnout coaching is appropriate, or if more intensive psychological support is needed. You may be referred to a psychotherapist at anytime through the program as the need arises. Remember that unlike most burnout coaches, Natalia is also a Licenced Socail Worker ( a therapist) and is trained to screen for clinical diagnoses.

My signature program consists of four phases—each module meticulously designed to gradually eliminate burnout from your daily life.

 

Sessions are 1 hour, completed weekly or bi-monthly. Sessions include organic discussion as well as facilitated intervention, rooted in neuroscience, clinical psychology, or executive coaching.

 

Clients will complete inter-session assignments to role out interventions. Weekly accountability check-ins included. and between-session communication available.

Phase 1: The Burnout Blueprint

Data Collection: Using assessments such as The Maslach Burnout Inventory, Interview 360, the Work Values Test, and a comprehensive Biopsychosocial interview, the Burnout Blueprint is formulated, indicating specific areas of intervention needed.

Phase 2: "Re-Design"

This module focuses on immediate stabilization of the client. Task lists are audited to maximize efficiency and daily schedules are re-structured to be supportive of physiological functioning. A comprehensive Self-Care plan is developed, customized to the client’s unique lifestyle and psychological needs.

 

Key Outcomes: Increase efficiency & productivity, complete any back-logged work, reduce overwhelm, replenish mental wellness.

Phase 3: "Re-Think"

This module examines the thoughts, beliefs, and values that contribute to burnout. Client will be trained in psychological strategies that change thought patterns, improve mood, and improve stress resilience.

 

Key Outcomes: Clients approach work with a more sustainable attitude, are less susceptible to stress and overwhelm, more quickly able to move out of negative feelings.

Phase 4: "Re-Pattern"

This module shifts deep personality-based patterns that are the root cause of burnout: People-pleasing, Hyper-achieving, Perfectionism, Control Issues, Procrastination & Work Avoidance. Client rebuilds workflow systems and identity from a place of Balance and Emotional Intelligence.

 

Key Objectives: Empowerment, Accountability, Sustainability, and Confidence.
