Burnout Coaching is a psychology-based, systematic approach to changing your
relationship to work and stress so you can have energy in your life for the things
that matter most.
Weekly or Biweekly, you will complete transformational exercises that reduce your workload, fortify your boundaries, heal your hurt, and help you build systems that will skyrocket your success without wearing you out.
These exercises are founded in neuroscience and pulled from the fields of psychology, executive coaching, and organizational strategy. With a background in psychology and psychotherapy, Natalia is an expert in the art and science of behavior change, personality shifting, and system-based approaches to creating the life of your dreams.
Sessions are one hour long, weekly or biweekly, and may be completed 1:1 or as a group. Between sessions, there will be exercises to implement strategies and customize tools to your unique needs.
